Please note that customised shoes orders including are made just for you and cannot be returned.

What do I do if my customisation is incorrect?

If you have received your shoes and they have been customised incorrectly please contact us on the day you receive your order.  Please note we cannot be held responsible if you have ordered the wrong size, provided an incorrect spelling or chosen the incorrect customisation.

Items supplied incorrectly must be returned to us within 7-days from the days you inform us of the error.
